Fantastic experience. I was in a position of needing to sell a house fast, and these guys saved the day. Quick and painless. When a difficulty arose, they were quick to step up and get everything in order. Saved me a great deal of frustration and headaches.

AGF was extremely helpful, they came out to my house and looked around and had an offer within 24 hours. We closed very quickly which helped me out tremendously with purchasing my new home. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I had a neighbor who said he needed help with his house. He had mentioned it getting to be to much for his family as they didn't currently live there. Knowing I had seen things on the AFG Homes FB page and personally knowing two of the guys in the group, from a previous employer; I asked him if I could give his info to them, so they could reach out to see if they could help. The house is in a cute neighborhood and I knew the boys would be kind and let him know if it was something they could help with. Later in the month my neighbor told me they had spoken and were going to be able to help him, he said they had really been kind. I then messaged the boys to thank them and they had informed me that they had a 1k check coming for me with a new program they had started. I had been so busy I had missed the video and was so excited to hear that because I am in school and was struggling myself and had just been trying to help my neighbor. After the closing I met with the boys like they said. The AFG Guys are kind and straight to the point and I would sugguest them to anyone who is needing help with a home! Plus with the new program it does help you as well. My dad always said what goes around, comes around and he was definitely right.

I really like working with these guys! They are fair and honest! And have one of the greatest in Springfield right now!
